“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I was there for two nights after having a business trip to Shanghai and enjoyed my time in this charming city. I have never had a hotel staff be more attentive and helpful in my 25 years of traveling for business. In Shanghai, I stayed at a hotel that cost five times as much as this and no offense to that establishment, but this group of front desk, clerks, and office personnel were the best of my trip.

“I loved the design, the staff (young, fun and very careful). The location per se is also fantastic, next to the XiHu; but I think the humidity is a real problem. They have put dehumidifiers everywhere but still, it smells a bad. Therefore, I think I have paid way too much for an hotel that has such a problem… that’s not good for your health. I stayed just 1 night.”

“Bellissimo resort, ovviamente stanze, parti comuni, qualità del sevizio all’altezza di Four Seasons.
Unica, invece l’attenzione e l’accoglienza riservataci.
Dal general manager ,Sig Gianni Costa alle receptionist Mariah, Rebecca, Maggie e tutto lo staff, compreso il personale dei ristoranti.
Questo è importante almeno quanto i letti comodissimi, le stanze confortevoli e le parti comuni bellissime. Tutto trasuda lusso discreto ed eleganza.
Atmosfera magica. Esperienza che ricorderemo.

“Clean room. Great value. I loved it being on a pedestrian street but hard to get to in a taxi. More information on driving there would be great. But I should have known to take metro to that area since traffic in the city is insane. Breakfast was good and also could have more variety. Super lovely staff. So helpful and kind. “Free laundry machines but the gym was closed due to refurbishment. Rooms were fine although a little small and the sink was directly in the room rather than a separate bathroom. Breakfast had a good selection and only a 20 minute walk to the West Lake or a £2 taxi ride. ”

“It looks like the property is undergoing some renovations. Check-in was done by someone at the reception counter who cannot speak English. He came upto our room, but the key card was not working. We had to go back to the reception to get another card for another room. Wifi password was provided only after we asked for it. But the connection was very bad.
No breakfast provided. No restaurants at the hotel. The shower handle at the bathroom was leaking water everywhere.
