“There was nothing that was good about the property. My phone in my room did not work. It was dead. I had to call the main desk through my cell phone. I called them a couple times to fix my phone, but it was not done. There were screaming kids running down the corridors at 10 at night. I had to ask the main desk to complain about them and to shut the kids down. I had no Internet I had no Wi-Fi so yes, there was no tv control. “The room was clean and the staff were great. The only problem was the air conditioner in the room that made a lot of noise which did not let us sleep and we could not shut it down since it was hot. Something needs to be done.”

“Room was clean but after I was given the ok to check in a little later than 3, we arrived and had to wait an additional 30 minutes because the room wasn't clean yet. Then on 2 separate occasions we tried to use the pool and it was out of order. Then I was given a price on Expedia and charged nearly double after the stay.”

“Great service, clean rooms and amazing breakfast!”

“Love the room and amenities. We especially love having an induction stovetop, fridge and microwave. The only thing, and I'm nitpicking, is that the bed was too soft for my liking. We literally sank into the bed which made it hard to sleep.”
