“Great stay here once again, clean quiet rooms. There was a great breakfast, a nice small pool and everything was pretty close to perfect. ”

“The room was nice and comfortable. The receptionist was very nice and treated us respectfully. The breakfast was sad and coffee was terrible. The worst ever. ”

“There was a dirty cup and spoon left in a lamp shade that we discovered. A bed skirt was used on one of the queen beds as a blanket. Not cool! Bed cover was put on upside down. Some wash clothes and towels were either stained or dirty. I was not going to dig deep into them to find out. Disappointing to say the least.”

“Hot tub not included 100.00 to use it only thing for 2 adults at splash universe. Staff even said"they should not advertise it ".It is all geared to kids. Bugs in hot tub.Not clean. Equipment broken.I spoke to desk You dont get a refund. You went inside . Contact êxpedia that is who you boôked it through.Not busy on a Friday. I wish I read other peoples reviews of this place.”

“Righ when I entered this place it immediately looked really dirty. There were a suspicious people around the premises making me and my daughter feel unsafe. The receptionist gave us one room that was super dirty, there were toes nails on the carpet and the blanket smelled so bad and had stains, I couldn’t stay in this room because I couldn’t breathe as the smell was so discussing so I went back with the receptionist. He give me other room which was worse than the first one as it look like...
