“Very friendly woman at the desk, the dining area is very cozy with a nice fireplace, the shower water is nice and hot, the rooms stay a good temperature even with the heater off”

I understand that everyone paid for their rooms and is entitled to enjoy the hotel’s common areas, but we all need to be cognizant of the fact that all guests share these spaces and not all guests may appreciate their loud music or their screaming kids. When i asked the front desk to speak with them, they did ”

“Hotel was clean, hot tub was amazing while it snowed, comfortable all around. Bed was phenomenal. Couldn’t wake up. Floors were not sound proof. Someone complained about someone walking around. Views were spectacular. Would definitely stay here again. A big plus was the breakfast and coffee in the morning. ”

“Im up this way all the time.. didnt know what to expect because ive never stayed here. So just booked 1 night. Ending up staying 2. Great staff. Nice clean and seemed to be newly remodeled. Beds were ok not horrible but not a big chain hotel quality mattress not complaining i slept great. ”
