“The cabin we stayed it was unique, but lots of walking from your car on a slanted walkway. Shared den and the room smelled heavily of smoke from the inner fireplace. Small room and tiny old bathroom. Not what we were expecting from the pictures. Received an odd email about checkin but nothing told us the building near our cabin (room) was closed and we had to drive to the big building elsewhere. Very soft bed. “it was conveniently located, in need of an renovation. The outside the room lighting was aggressively intense with no good way to block the light from coming in the room while sleeping. This gave the room an always daylight outside vibe which was not helpful for sleep.”

Woke in the morning to find blood on the sheets near my feet, pulled the sheets off the bed to find someone else's sock. Spoke to manager who complained about the property himself and fully reversed our money.”

“Excellent location. At beginning of the Main Street where all the restaurants and shops are. Parking is usually available on street or municipal lot across the street. There is no elevator at the factory. We had the designer king room. It’s part of Dutches inn and spa so you can use the beautiful rooftop space for glass of wine (BYO) while watching the sunset and mountains. The only negative was the bed. “I was given a room (which I did NOT use) that was awfully dirty (the carpet) with holes on the couch, broken bathroom sink so I went back to the front desk and I was told that they were going to issue me a refund (24hs-48hs). I am still waiting for the refund. The stay was supposed to be on Saturday 5/23.”

“Clean room, helpful staff. We only slept there one night. Was there maybe 8 hours. The vents were comfortable. The towels need to be updated and we're not as white as I'd like them to be. A bit gray/worn. Other than that it fit our needs.”
