“We ended up staying here for the weekend and as soon as I walk in the room, the baby mattress had something orange/red on, then the towel they used to wipe it was in the sink, the pool was stinky, my son loved the waterside though, the breakfast was good in my opinion, nothing too crazy but the second day we came at 930 and the juice was out so instead of refilling it they shut it off, and then my hubby bumped into one of the workers and he apologized but she seemed kinda grumpy and also it...

“The room was clean, the bed comfy. Everything was nice and renovated with a really modern flair except the shower head which was straight outta 1980 and obviously hadn't even been serviced and couldn't spray a proper stream of water. Why renovate an entire bathroom and choke on a $40 shower head? The corridor outside had a musty smell that makes me think the carpet hasn't been cleaned in awhile and the elevators were very dark lit only by two tiny lights. The real disappointment was the...

“We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite, which was excellent. It was roomy, clean and had everything we needed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only downside was the breakfast. It was very below average compared to other Towneplace’s we’ve stayed at - omelettes were rubbery and sausage patties didn’t look edible.”

“The second room that was offered was finally ok. The 1st room had a very bad ofor. You can't tell me the front desk didn't know about it. Breakfast was ok but typically I like oatmeal. No oatmeal. Other hotels nearby had it. Coffee was ok.”

There was plenty of parking, they have a breakfast buffet with a good selection of items. The staff was friendly and helpful.”
