“One of our bedside tables had dried used contacts stuck to them. Clearly the staff forgot to clean the tables. Our room had us up all night because the room above us - anytime they moved all we could hear were squeaky floors like we were staying in an old war home. When I brought both issues up to the staff they said on that’s horrible and then offered no solutions.”

“I didn't personally stay at this hotel but I got feedback from my son and his father. They said the property, building itself was clean but not in a very nice clean area. Abandoned buildings and burnt down hotel nest to it. The hotel smelled fine but the room didn't smell the greatest. Old carpet flooring everywhere and in the rooms the carpets were dingy and stinky. Beds not the most comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful very friendly their whole stay. Breakfast was 7/10 normal...

“The room was perfect, it was clean and spacious with everything you would need. Check-in was a piece of cake, and staff member Theresa in particular was awesome. She was so welcoming and able to tell us so much about the city. We will definitely be back! ”

“Upon arriving at the hotel, we had to wait 15 minutes for shift change. Once somebody finally arrived, we got checked in and tried to find the room and we greeted by police officers asking us what we were doing there. We said we were gonna stay for the weekend and they told us that we should leave and find another hotel. They were in the process of arresting someone and towing a vehicle. It smelled like marijuana all over even though there were signs that said 100% smoke free zone. We laughed...

“Older hotel but clean. Staff was friendly. They had a large fire earlier and I’m sure it hurts the attraction when driving by. It did not affect my stay at all.”

“Couldn't get hold of transport when flight came in late at night. Started doubting. On drive over website said last check in at 12 - flight in at 12:30 but did tell 2 different staff we were coming in late. Worried we weren't going to have the room we reserved. SARAH was amazing, no attitude, no blame, no "why didn't you". It was such a relief on how she treated us, it was emotional! She was awesome. We troubleshot the issue to get to the bottom of it. Just truly a great Manager. ...

Camere minuscole piene di mosce, moquette a terra non sporca ma molto di più, anche se il prezzo può sembrare basso pagare 40 dollari per questa topaia sono tantissimi. “It was not bad, the only complaint about the room was is the shower sprayed water everywhere. It could be fixed easily. Room seemed clean, no bugs. We were happy to have landed there.”
