“I had nothing but wonderful memories of my stay at Residence Inn. The staff were nice. The room was spacious - enough to accommodate my family. “Nice large clean room Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast variety. Good value. Located near highway exit so there was typicall highway noise. Only thing that was a bit concerning is that there were several young guys hanging in the parking lot most of the timr when we went to our car. ”

“This hotel is completely unacceptable and unsafe. I was given a room different from what I booked and still charged more. After only a few nights, my body was covered in bedbug bites, and the mattress showed clear signs of infestation and poor hygiene. I had to change rooms, and the replacement room was barely functional. The worst part: after checkout, I left three bags at reception to collect later, and two were stolen. “Room was clean and most staff was friendly. Free breakfast was ok. Had to ask staff to replenish milk, sausage, etc. in order to eat. There were a lot of guests eating at the same time. We would stay here again.”
