“I’ve stayed at Surrey Resort twice now and each time has been an exceptional stay. The location is right outside of downtown and walkable so you can just leave your car parked during your stay. Parking is easy with no issue finding a spot. Check in is easy while being informative as you’re staying in a tent and not a room in typical hotel. “advance notice on checkin should be shared earlier. The property has poor wifi- could not connect at all. I had to leave the property to connect. I have two cell phones and neither one connected. Because of limited wifi connection, you should share advance checkin code to avoid these issues upon arriving.”

“The bed was comfortable and the view of the vineyards was lovely, but the decking fence needed paint and was covered with cobwebs. Staff was generous in giving us a late time to leave, but often, there was no one available to help us with issues, and we had to leave multiple voicemails before someone got back to us.”
