“Amazing hotel. Amazing view. ”

“The service was great. We were greeted with a smile. The young lady at the desk was very professional and courteous. She recommended restaurants close by, but we live in the area and knew the area well. The bathroom was spotless. The carpet was not run down like in some hotels I've been to. We loved the shower. The bed was comfortable. Please don't let this hotel get run down. We stayed here on a recommendation from my niece who stayed in the area last year. She said the people and the hotel...

“Very nice hotel. Clean room, good amenities. Good location as well.”

“Staff were nice upon arrival. Room was as expected. In room no USB ports or lamp plug ins for cellphone. Also one of the bed lamps did not have a bulb in them. Brought my fire stick couldn't use outlet was too far away. Very conveniently located by the freeway and gas stations. Not far from grocery stores. ”

“The jets didn't work and lights flickered so we moved rooms. Room #2 lampshade had mildew and hanging loose, tub had a pair of large open cracks, there were stains in the carpet and the cooling unit rattled loudly. Staff was great but it doesn't make up for the terrible food and run down appearance of the property. The hot tub and pool were both closed. One of the staff was screaming at someone from inside a housekeeping marked room around 10pm friday night. Expensive mistake. ”

“Convenient when flying out early they have a shuttle and you can call to book your room and do park n stay. It's 9.00 a day for parking but better than waiting and waiting in the airport parking lot . The room was clean I just think it's in need of some touch ups and repairs for a Hilton affiliated hotel. ”

“It was a nice room, however, the room temperature was difficult to control. Maybe a thermostat issue. It was hot then cold so while trying to sleep it was covers on covers off all night. ”

“Excellent service. My husband blew a tire pulling in to pick me up. We were staying to watch our daughter’s first Regatta for Ohio State and didn’t want to risk missing the race. The staff allowed us to keep our vehicle in the drop off lane while we went and watched her and fixed the tire when we returned a few hours later. We were very appreciative of this so we could see our daughter row and compete as a Buckeye. Thank you for going above and beyond. ”
