“I was extremely disappointed with the condition of my hotel room. The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and clearly not cleaned properly before my arrival. There was dust, stains, and an overall unkempt appearance that made the stay very uncomfortable. For the price paid, I expected a clean and welcoming environment, but instead the room felt neglected and unsanitary. Housekeeping standards definitely need improvement. I would not stay here again unless major changes are made.”
