Hotel a Westminster

“Staff was good. Check-in and out no delays. Room was clean. It’s an ok motel close to everything nothing fancy. It served its purpose for the price. ”

“Spacious room and I loved the bench by the window. Breakfast was excellent.”

“Super wonderful staff, easy check in, good pick up spot for the concert, good location, fantastic head cleaning/room service lady. Didn't have breakfast there, but had a good set up for that. ”

“We had to cut our trip short because the friends we were visiting became ill. Expedia refused to give us the refund, even though we checked out on time, stating that the hotel staff would not respond to their calls. The hotel staff informed me that Expedia would call and put them on hold then disconnect the call every time. Pretty shady. I am disappointed that we could not get any refund at all even though we bought the insurance.”

“Room good as appeared recently renovated but few areas damaged by prior occupants such as tile at edge of bathroom door. Outside, neither vending machine worked and all washers / dryers out of order.”

“I stayed for 3 nights and house keeping never came. When I asked at the front desk the lady told me they only come every few days when you stay for an extended time. At the very least house keeping can come take out the trash and restock the in room coffee. The room trash cans are so small you put one leftover container in the trash and it’s full. Breakfast had such a small selection and it was the same items every time. The staff was friendly though. ”

“My only recommendation is to replace some of the worn out chairs in the rooms. Ours was tattered fake leather, and not a fair representation for the rest of the hotel. ”

“Our room was very clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. The facility and grounds were obviously very well cared for, and the amenities were quite nice.”
