“Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and we appreciated the round the clock coffee. Staff were friendly and accommodating and there was plenty of parking. ”

“The seats on the bed in the first room or dirty and the room stunk. They moved me to another room sheets in that bed were dirty as well I went to the front desk to ask if they had any clean sheets that I could put on myself they told me no I asked if there was another room they could move me to even though the other four buildings had no cars in the parking lot they told me no.. they did offer for me to cancel my reservation but I already had plans in the area if you're going to own a hotel you...

“I've stayed at lots of Hamptons and this is one of the best. Every time I came through the front door, someone was cleaning something. I got the sense that this one is family owned based on the staffing and the attentive customer service. It's a new hotel which is always nice, and you can see their thoughtful selections, like the outlet in the bathroom that includes a nite light. “I woke up at three am to water running into the room from a crack on the ceiling. I had to go downstairs to reach an employee to switch to another room. I was told that I would hear from management in the morning. When checking out in the morning I was told the manager was unavailable and would contact me by phone. I have heard from nobody. I texted a request to speak with a manager and have received no response nearly a week after my stay.”
