“Stanza molto carina e curata nei dettagli ma un po' piccola. La colazione in camera, visti gli spazi ristretti, risulta un po' complessa. Per il resto location comoda a Brentwood e staff gentile. ”

“This is wonderful hotel. The staff are attentive, helpful and kind. The hotel has a “boutique” feel. Our favorite place was the garden, especially in the mornings with a latte. Comfortable bed, ridiculously modern bathroom with rainfall shower head. It was convenient to UCLA and in the middle of everything at Westwood Village. We would definitely stay again.”

“The hotel was fine. No one picked up the phone anytime we called before we got there and it is not a very kids friendly hotel. I would say for luxury it definitely was very luxurious but it was not very kids friendly.”

“I wanted to stay at this property with my girlfriend because there are some events in the area that we like that are close to this hotel. My girlfriend got sick a few days before the event so we could not use the reservation. We asked Expedia if we could move the date and we were shown a "move penalty" fee of almost more than the price of just booking another hotel room. We asked the hotel for courtesy credit, refund or even a reasonable fee to move the date as Expedia noted that the fee was...

“Good hotel in a central and safe area, just steps from Beverly Hills. We requested a room change and were accommodated immediately. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, as was the valet, who was very courteous. The hotel itself is somewhat dated; our suite was very large and almost too spacious, with a lot of empty areas. The TVs were quite old, but the beds were very comfortable. The rooms with balconies were a bit noisy, as they all face the main street, but nothing too bothersome.”

“Ottima Hotel nuovo e pulito, il personale è stato cordialissimo, in particolare la signora Bichi per la sua simpatia e competenza, grazie. Noi abbiamo avuto un loft non ci sono parole per descriverlo...era bellissimo! Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, i rumori esterni di notte, facevano dei lavori. Proprio difronte c'è un supermercato, perfetto per rifornirsi. Consiglio di sicuro questo hotel.”

“Extremely clean, quiet and great location for UCLA. The photos show a bar in the lobby. It's not. No coffee available and laughable teeny-tiny bars of soap (size of my thumb). Definitely a "how little can we get by with" approach to extras like tissues.”
