“Cercavo un hotel vicino all'aereoporto internazionale di Dar El Salam in Tanzania per una sola notte prima di ritornare in Italia; avevo letto sul sito che distava solo 4 km, invece occorrono circa due ore di macchina per arrivarci! Hotel bellissimo, vicino al mare che sembrava anch'esso bello; ma non era quello che mi serviva! Ritornata in Italia ho riguardato la distanza, sembra essere stata aggiornata, 20 km; ma il tempo per arrivarci, con il traffico di Dar, è 2 ore.”

“Very clean, relaxing, and amazing dining staff. Reception could use better training however. For example, I wanted to buy water outside the hotel and I was told the only place to buy water was a market two miles away. However while walking I passed by local street vendors selling water just a few yards from the hotel. Also hot water went out of my room on ky final night. I had to call for updates every few hours because reception never proactively updated me. Even when I was promised updates I...
