“Good one night stay”

“La camera era abbastanza piccola rispetto alle foto. La colazione nella media. Il parcheggio un furto autorizzato (14 sterline) per una notte. Ingannevole la dicitura parcheggio del service al momento della prenotazione . Caro come hotel per essere così vicino all aeroporto. ..comunque pulito. ”

“Struttura comoda all'aeroporto, raggiungibile a piedi attraverso i tunnel che portano al terminal 2 poi cinque minuti a piedi. Però per esser aeroporto poco personale al check in (solo due desk) con coda e attesa. Stanza pulita ma per l'asciuga capelli si deve scendere e chiedere allo stesso desk del check in (altra coda e attesa). Stanza silenziosa, è isolata bene dal traffico aereo. Si dorme ma il letto non è un tocca sana per la schiena. Colazione deludente. Poca qualità e poca scelta. Quasi...

“This was our second time in the hotel. We asked for the same room (in advance) and we got it . I wish there was air conditioning in the rooms. I love the little tea room with daily cake! It makes me feel like on a skiing holiday in a chalet”

“There is absolutely NO wifi and NO cell service in these rooms. The only place we could get a singular bar was in the corner of the bathroom. This massively hurt me when checking in/getting updates about my flight. The front desk just shrugged when I told them. No help at all. The toilet seat was also broken and nearly falling right off. The only benefit was it was a good sized room. Wouldn’t stay here again, though.”

“Room seemed ok, apart from the fact of being at 4th floor without lift... till I opened the window. Window was opening 4 cms only. Inner curtain , in the room, was full of dead moths and bugs, DISGUSTING. Basil was CRACKED and all ceiling corners full of soiders nets. DISGUSTING. Bed very old.”

“Really great for a new hotel. I will note that there was a strange number of small gnats flying around our room and on the ceiling when we arrived, and the number seemed to increase through our stay. The windows were closed so we were not sure where they were coming from. Other than that the room was fantastic value and very clean.”

“Nice place above a nice bar. Had some food and it was fine and a few drinks. Nice atmosphere and well situated in the town. Room was fine, settee was a bit big for the room but you can see what they are trying to do. Young woman who showed us round was nice and so too the young woman at breakfast.”

“Avevo prenotaro inizialmente una camera matrimoniale standard e poi ho modificato la prenotazione in premium. Se la camera a me dedicata è ritenuta "premium" non oso immaginare le standard. In realtà alcuna Premium mi è stata data.. pensano di essere furbi”

“Room was ok and provided a comfortable sleep, bathroom is somewhat dated a needs a refit. No air con so on a night when temps were above 30 in the day it was a restless sleep. Breakfast was very disappointing, hot food was overcooked and not good quality produce. Staff seemed disinterested in making the the environment feel welcoming. Also be aware that with no parking available you have to purchase a permit for £6 to park on the road.”

“L'albergo è ben organizzato ed ha un ottimo ristorante. L'ampio parcheggio disponibile è fondamentale vista l'area altamente trafficata. Le camere sono pulite e abbastanza silenziose il wi-fi è ottimo. Colazione accettabile. La camera single che ho preso era decisamente piccola, ma comunque ben organizzata.”
