Hotel a Wheatland

“This was a very cute and amazingly fkash from the past experience. Beautiful hotel. We stayed in the presidential suite and loved it. Very clean amd romantic. Only issue was a sign outside making noise so loud we coule hear it all night but naustalgia i guess. Hubby experienced a bit of paranormal noises. Lady crying and a few other things but i slept like a baby. Would stay again.”

“Online pictures of hotel misleading - seemed nicer online then in person. Our $20 dollar Zyrtec bottle went missing and when we notified staff they did not seem to care and acted like we were lying. Did not provide any alternative to improve our experience. ”

“We only had 2 hiccups - it was set-back, behind anothe business which made it difficult to locate & carrying the big, heavy suitcases up/down the stairs to our room. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay. Would stay again, gladly!”

“Jaquelyne at the hotel front desk was awesome, making us feel very welcome. John at the players club desk was also friendly and helpful. Also while getting a bite to eat at the Sports Lounge Janelle was very accommodating, friendly and always with a smile.”

“easy parking in the AM, but front parking was full on friday after 8pm, had to park on the back of building. room carpet felt really worn out so had to keep sandals or at least socks on. but it was clean and so was the rest of the room. staff was really tentative and friendly but once you find them, they didnt stay by the lobby. breakfast 7 to 9, but at 8am there was nothing left on the hotplate, just cereal and salty coffee. pool was on the chilli side but it was clean and not smelly of...

“No breakfast, had cereal and no milk, asked and they appologized and did not have any. Only breakfast was a loaf of bread and a toaster with peanut butter. No coffee. This was at 7am. room was dirty and had hair in shower, beds where made poorly. T.v did not work and lights flickered. Worst hotel i have ever stayed at. ”

“Wonderful Day staff”

“We were unaware of pet fee when booking on expedia, somehow missed the hidden $75 fee. Along with that fee for an our very well behaved, non-shedding dog, we paid an already high amount for a beat up room. There were many damages to the room, dead bugs on the floor, muddy paw prints in the bathroom and sticky tile. Everything else was average and did not seem to add up to our payment for this. The staff was very unflexible and unhelpful with our concerns. We will never stay at a Residence Inn...
