“I was welcomed by a sign saying call for assistance. A woman answered, clearly irritated by the inconvenience and then rudely ask if I had a reservation. She did not have my prepaid accommodations available nor did she apologize. She gave me the next downgrade. The room was fine until the next morning when we noticed that the bathroom had many ants. Upon further inspection they were covering the carpet in the hall as well. Large ant hills were also located at the back door. All in all I don't...
