“During our last stay we needed the room cleaned last minute, they were quick and helpful.”

“Our stay was good and the hotel was good and clean. The issue is that they didn't pick up my Expedia reservation and I'm now having to struggle through a refund process with two pairs who say it's not their fault.”

“We always love to stay at Holiday Inn, but this past visit our bed was slanted and very creaky. The crib we were given for our baby had broken bars and the shower had very little pressure. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The kids had a blast in the pool (though those pool towels are very tiny and don't dry you at all). The free breakfasts are always a must, but the waffle maker was also broken... (See a pattern here?) The room stayed nice and cool, the tv worked well, the car stayed...

“Very clean, very good atmosphere. We loved looking around at all the pictures in the lobby. We also loved all the decor in the rooms. Great shower pressure. Firm bed but comfy. We didn't find a hair dryer in our room.”
