“I didn't like the night clerks attitude. Our room was not clean and had spider webs everywhere. The breakfast does not last past 9 and the juice machines were nasty. The mattress are worn out and had sink wholes in them. It was just a horrible experience overall.”

“I asked for a non-smoking room, what I got was a room that was changed from smoking to non-smoking. I was offered a different room, but that room smelled like mildew. The carpets needed to be cleaned or replaced to remove the smells.”

In the new room, the TV screen was completely blue and unusable, so we weren’t able to watch anything during our stay. “room had no remote, the stove didn't work, no microwave, there were dirty underwear in the nightstand. I brought it up to the desk, they gave me a remote, told me 2 of the burners worked, told me not every room has microwaves, and left the underwear in the hall after I put it in a garbage bag.”

“We stayed in room #119 that did not have a smoke detiector in the room. I just happen to notice the wires hanging from the ceiling capped off but to detector in the room. Not a good feeling sleeping in there overnight!”
