“All was great. The pool was enjoyable. The room was clean and cozy. One of the staff members was beyond lazy. I had a leaky coffee cup. Asked for a towel, and she told me she would clean it up. Then just sat there while another person staying at the hotel cleaned it up instead, therefore making me feel like trash because I absolutely could have and woukd have done it myself had she not said she would get it. Otherwise we had a great stay.”

“It was quiet. There was no soap in our room. We asked for it the next day. When they cleaned our room, they did not leave anymore makeup wipes. The room was clean. Someone tracked clay through the parking lot, and it was all over the hotel floors and elevators. It was somewhat cleaned up after a couple of days.
