“good place , hard sofa bed . was told i could have late check out from night staff but day staff denied it”

“Although a good location, this hotel needs attention. Our shower was very dirty, as was the bathroom sink. Room and hotel smelled weird, I ended up buying an air freshener. The breakfast was awful, food was cold and no coffee, we had to ask that coffee be made by the unconcerned front desk guy. Upon check out, he said no words to us when we handed in the keys. Will not return.”
