“Clean and well laid out room! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Comfortable bed great makeup lighting in bathroom. Would return to stay again!”

“I checked in on 5/23. The trainee was very nice and welcoming. She was working through the check-in process smoothly with a question or two for the manager. The manager was short with her and unwelcoming to the guests — obviously hospitality is not her strength. This was the first Holiday Inn Express I felt so uncomfortable checking-in.”

“This hotel is not kept up. It looks old. The beds in room looked small (smaller than full size). And breakfast was NOT included. The advertise breakfast available or served but you have to pay for coffee and food. Many hotels of this caliber offer breakfast. Would not recommend nor stay there again. ”

“The rooms were huge and clean! The pool and outdoor area were awesome. The staff were very friendily and helpful. Only things I would change would be to get a second toaster and pancakes or waffles for breakfast, but that is just being nit picky. Would def stay here again!”

“-Sink Clogged upon check-in -Room smelled of body oder and mold upon check in. -Hotel receptionist refused to answer the room phone upon check in. -Missing iron in room upon check in -Strobing red and green light from inside the airconditioning unit strobed brightly in the room throughout the night. Like sleeping in a crime scene. -No room service upon second night stay -Manager stated that I needed to request room service. This has never been Fairfield's policy. -Bathroom and living area...

“Absolutely filthy place. There was a horrible odor in the hallways likely due to the filthy stained carpet. We were on the second floor and all night long awoke to loud noises above us. Massive trucks blocked parking spaces and pot smoking everywhere!”

“I got the queen bed in a separate room. The room was nice and so was the price for a kitchen, with the room. Netflix and YouTube which is all you need. Definitely a little rough with the shower curtain rod being attached to a 2x4 and the carpet tac strips being exposed to the bathroom(was good after we put a shoe over it).
