Hotel vicino a White Beach di Moalboal - Moalboal

“Very near sardine run.”

“The staff was great and helpful. The amenities were sufficient. The pool was clean. The breakfast was average. The restaurant for dinner is good. Like the parrots being raised there. Walking distance to most attractions and activities. Overall, a great stay. But the private car transport from the Mactan airport which was booked through the resort was terrible. The driver arrived 1 hour and 10 min after I got out of the airport exit with an on-time flight arrival. The worst thing was not only...

“Pretty basic accommodations Food was decent / convenient (on property)”

“Great stay at Crazy bear. The hostel is on the basic side, but the room is clean, the staff are amazing and helpful. The hostel also facilitates activities, so that makes it easy. I did not get the chance to eat / drink in the bar because Moalboal has so many options. Highly recommended. Their theme of bears is very creative, and is all over the hostel.”

“L’ambiente è confortevole ma alcuni dettagli potrebbero essere migliorati. Specialmente nel bagno. Comunque il rapporto qualità prezzo è corretto. Sevizio molto efficiente. Cortesia sempre e disponibilità. In generale buona vacanza. La struttura è un po’ nascosta nel labirinto della città ma non troppo distante dalla strada principale con locali ristoranti e bar. ”

“Albero boutique sul mare. Silenzioso ed appartato. Staff e manager gentilissimi ed efficienti. Sono in grado di organizzare ottime escursioni e trasferimenti. Da consigliare ”

“too loud, the property”

“The property itself was lovely, but our stay was overshadowed by a serious breach of privacy and guest security. I had planned this trip as a surprise for my wife's birthday, booking a month in advance to make the occasion special. Unfortunately, just one to two hours after checking in, while my wife and I were already asleep, a staff member used a master key to unlock and open our room without our permission or prior warning. We later learned that another guest had requested a room transfer,...

“Great staff, but poor facilities. No TV, clock radio / alarm, resturants near by, single beds with mimimal bedding. On the bright side, the staff was fantastic.”

“Clean room”

“The room was clean and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. However, I wish there had been a few more amenities, especially a refrigerator and a hairdryer. Also, I contacted the resort by email before my arrival, but I did not receive a reply until the last minute, which was quite stressful. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.”

“Front room’s only window is two feet from one of the cafe tables, so the curtains remained closed the whole time.”

“Stafff is very courteous. The food is excellent they have a very good chef”

“最後まで清掃・シーツやタオル交換がなかった”
