“The hotel was normal for Hyatt. I had a lot of difficulties with my reservations. Likewise, if I go to the bar and sign for my bill to be charged to the room that means used the money that is already on hold.”

“The neighborhood is safe and friendly. Food places and shopping places are so close. Perfect for family with little children as well. My kids enjoyed our stay. The room is clean and well maintained. We will definitely book again when we visit Nashville.”

“The location is key to this place. The staff and the restaurant were very good. Room was a little small but had all that you wanted. I must say that the staff here was much more friendly than the hotel next door by the same name. When she found out we were booked at Motto she just totally disregarded us. Won't stay there. At Motto, they were so friendly. Will be back.”

“Room was very small, pretty much walked into the bed when coming in the door. You could clear hear any neighboring rooms or anyone walking outside. The breakfast was very bleak, not even any eggs and very few other options.”

“Very clean hotel with all the necessary amenities just a short Uber ride away from downtown Nashville. Be aware that there is no onsite hotel service staff but they are a text message away if you need anything.”

“The room was fine for my needs. I was able to rest well. The bed was very comfortable. There were no issues with noises or anything and the hotel is conveniently located. There was, however, an outside door that could potentially be accessed by anyone. The keycard reader wasn't working on it, but it also didn't fully shut, so it could easily be opened without a keycard.”
