Hotel a White

“The tub was cracked and had chipped porcelain. The sink had cracks and the drain was broken so the water dripped onto the floor. There wasn’t a hairdryer like most hotels but they did give a bar of soap on the tub and sink. The room had wood floors they felt a little tacky when I walked. Definitely didn’t want to take my shoes off. The king bed was just a regular spring mattress. Kinda wish there was a fourth pillow since we only had three. “This is a new property so it's very clean still. However the young lady who checked us in was not helpful at all. She literally watched me carrying stuff in and trying to figure out how to use the key (which in on the wall not on the door) and dropping things and offered no assistance. She then charged us $150 when we asked for towels. That $150 took talking to the manager and 6 days to get back. We were also charged the incidentals fee of $150. “Most importantly, we found FLEAS as we were packing our car! Room smelled like pot as soon as we opened the door. Bathroom floor was dirty and there were stains on the chair that we didn’t see until the next morning. Not worth the price in any way, shape, or form.”

“Ho soggiornato in questa struttura una sola notte di rientro dall'outlet North Georgia Premium Outlet ( da cui dista circa 45 minuti) in direzione Chattanooga. Struttura semplice e confortevole. Check in rapido, camera spaziosa come il bagno. Di fronte è presente un Walmart per ogni necessità. Un po' isolato ma con wi fi in camera e parcheggio gratuito. Da consigliare se di passaggio e per chi è senza pretese.”

The staff came and helped us and it was because the door handle had been installed upside down, making it open lifting up rather than pushing down the handle. Once in the room the carpet was the original Days inn carpet from whenever Days inn still had those bright Sun carpets. The bathroom fan was so loud. It sounded like a jet engine...

“Room was great checking in the girl wasn't very pleasant at all. She was a little hateful when I ask questions. Breakfast was ok with what was there but most things like egg was empty. Girl in back but didn't seem to be doing anything to fill stuff.”
