“The Josephine cottage was a spectacular setting for our week in Hot Springs. The spacious rooms and open floor plan gave us plenty of space to gather and also find quiet spaces to read and relax. Dinners prepared in the kitchen, on the grill and the Traeger bbq were highlights. The outdoor deck was a great place to enjoy the view. Beautifully decorated and thoroughly enjoyable!”

“The Jackson River Estate was the perfect getaway for our 2025 Family Reunion. The estate is very spacious and provides magnificent views. There is river access but the water is cold. The pool and slide were a big hit! Cole’s Point (beach), the humpback bridge and waterfall were super close and great excursions. This location is great for families that like to be outdoors…hiking, fishing, kayaking…Check-in/out was super easy. Although we heard there might have been a bear, there was no sighting....
