Hotel a White Sulphur Springs

“Check in was easy and friendly. Parking is easy once you get the layout. Room is clean and comfortable with the splashes of color making it feel inviting. So quiet and peaceful for our little getaways. The bed is divine, extremely comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast with the hot egg white frittatas, sausage and fresh pancakes. We hope to stay again really soon!!”

“The room was not clean in the corners or ceiling and walls. The property was unkempt and grown up. The ice machine was broken. The hot faucet in the tub leaked constantly and when we told the housekeeper, she seemed unconcerned. The free breakfast was a joke.”

“The hotel is very beautiful, and the check‑in process was fairly quick. However, the room did not meet expectations: there was a lot of mold in the shower, dirty stains on the floor, and the windows were extremely dirty. The cleanliness of the room needs urgent improvement.”

“This is our second stay here. The first wasn’t horrible but it was inexpensive so I couldn’t complain. My second visit was different. I booked a room that stated there was 1 king bed and slept 3. Sounded perfect for 3 of us. That detail is incorrect. The lady at the desk looked at me like I had three heads. I asked for a rollaway. “Great place to stay. Around all the food spots. But they need to put a mirror across the street. So when you are pulling out of the property you can see what is coming.”

“New, clean, comfy beds, quiet. Close to gas and restaurants”

“The property was clean, it was close to everything. The bathroom was a little dirty. The elevator was not working, we were on the second floor, the gentleman behind the counter did carry one of my bags for me. Breakfast was good, bed was comfortable. I was there for two nights did not use the pool, for the price it was ok.”
