“Got there , dirty and under Reno’s. Had to move to a different place the staff want helpful at all.there was a lady there she tried to be helpful but a very rude male manager. Expedia stepped o. Tho Ana were very helpful with fixing this for me. I wouldn’t use any other booking other then Expedia they never fail to have best customer service. ”

“First room we got the mattresses were sitting on the floor, no frames. They need to upgrade the mattresses and duvets. The bathroom needed a more thorough cleaning. Staff was friendly. ”
