“Rooms are fine and beds are comfortable. There are trash bags along hallways all the time and it smells. Room on 3rd floor? I hope you travel light because the elevator has been out of service my entire stay.”

“I stayed at this hotel twice and never paid a deposit fee. I then reserve a room again, and I went to check in and the guy at the front desk said that I had to pay a 250$ deposit on top of my room. He was being very rude and nasty. It wasn’t about the money at all but why was I not charged before. On top of it why are they charging so much for a hotel that has nothing special about it, and only being a 3star hotel. “I arrived after 11pm and called for the airport shuttle, was told driver went home at 11pm. I had emailed the hotel the day before letting them know what time I would be arriving and that I would need the shuttle. To staff it was my problem.”
