Hotel a Whitesboro

“It’s very old, the inner courtyard was better maintained than the room. Not the cleanest but tolerable for short stays. Toilet had an awful brown rust stain. Towels, pillows, microwave and refrigerator were at least 20 years old and not much upkeep on them. All felt and appeared dirty, that was a problem for me! Staff were courteous but scarce. Great location to OC, Sea Isle and walkable to a few convenient stores.”

“This is overall a good hotel. I know this review isn't going to sound that way but I rely on Expedia reviews and want others to know what to expect. It is very bare bones. There are basically no amenities. No laundry. The wi-fi is basically non functional. No ironing board (though there was an iron). No microwave. “I have stayed at many hotels old and new and I have never stayed in one this bad. Literally the worst. So old and dirty. This cost almost $1,000 dollars for 3 days and they have some nerve charging people that. The rugs were stained dirty and old, the mini fridge covered in rust, stains all over couch and on sheets. Thick dust on window. Old moldy tub. Just awful. Bottom of pool had paint chipping off. Hasn't been updated since the 70's. This place needs to be completely renovated. ...

“I would give this property 0 stars if I could. I booked this hotel through Expedia for my family of four because I specifically needed a room with two double beds. After an issue with my initial payment, the hotel insisted I had booked one of their tiny “A” rooms with only one double bed. I strongly believe my reservation was changed during the payment issue because I would never intentionally book a single bed for four people. The staff placed us in a room with two beds for the first night...

“Overall the place is an excellent location. Quick walk to boardwalk. Room was clean and definetly more homey than a standard hotel room. Tv didn’t work which was fine we didn’t really need it and the AC was loud but working… it was 100 degrees out so understandable. Great view of the fireworks off the deck. Also the poo is nice size and has small kiddie area sectioned off which was great for my son.”
