“Very charming room and very clean. Found street parking right outside. Room was right next to a kitchen area, and I noticed coffee perking there as we were leaving. TV was great. Temperatures were artic that night, and the heating was noisy enough to disturb one person's sleep. The location in Cape May is only a few blocks from the mall...easy walking. Considering the location and the nice room, this was an absolute steal...exceptionally good value. We agreed it would be where we try to...

“This is our third day at this property and we absolutely love it! We were forced enough to take our grown children two years ago. Everybody had their own cottage and we had the best time ever during the Christmas season. They’re busier now, but we still come by ourselves I would highly recommend this property clean cozy. It feels like it’s own little city. Definitely the best place we ever stayed. Thank you to the staff. ”

“Beautiful place to stay. I will be staying at the Lokal again. Short walk to beach, stores, restaurants....perfect location. If we needed anything, just a text away. Place was clean and I especially loved the heated pool. Nice balcony with table and chairs. Washer and dryer was a plus. We stayed with 5 people and having two bathrooms was a dream come true:) Thank you for a nice time away. ”

“The is a well maintained motel. It is not fancy or pretentious. Our room was small but perfectly maintained with a comfortable bed. There is a shared grill, dining table, and outside shower. ”
