“Yes and Yes. 1 point. As an older person, my head is dropping to bits. I have a single tooth denture. Such thing is quite small. I tend to brush it under a running tap. Had I done this, there would have been a severe danger of it disappearing down the plughole and lost for ever (Cost £250). Because the plug mechanism is missing which leaves the drain hole completely open! (Room 5).”

“Absolutely fabulous stay. Susan and her team ensured that our visit was wonderful with nothing being too much trouble. The property is perfectly placed if you are visiting NW Leicestershire and we will always check for availability on future visits.”

“Decent setup, free parking, good location, nice pub. Only downside was that the noise insulation between rooms next door and above is very poor so seems like your neighbours are in the room with you.”

“Individual chalets. Motel style with ample parking. Rooms heated day and night. Shower hot and powerful. Bed comfortable. Pub and restaurant on site. Staff work hard but avoid breakfast Sunday morning 9 a.m.rush hour . We waited 35 minutes for order to be taken it arrived 20 minutes after. Easy to find as 5 minutes from motorway junction. Enjoyable and relaxing stay. ”

“I have to say I waa really surprised at how nice this place was. The only issue for me (being a bigger bloke) was i couldn't fit in the shower as it only has a s.mall opening but I was able to get around .”

“I arrived at the hotel very late night and tired, and I had to wake up early for my 8:00 a.m. flight. While walking barefoot in the room, I felt something sharp under my foot — it was a piece of nail that a previous guest had cut and left on the floor, which clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. It was obvious the room was not clean, but since I needed to rest, I decided to mention it at the reception before leaving. “clean room, staff couldn’t have been more friendly, only negatives was being woken up at 630 by the fire alarm but that wasn’t the hotels fault. lovely hotel. ”

“What a lovely comfortable stay. Nice beds , pillows and duvet and in a beautiful house. Tea and coffee and a bottle of water on arrival. Could have had breakfast but didn't. There's a pub down the road. Will definitely stay again and go for walks around the area”

“Large car park at rear but it was a large pub. Friendly staff and clean room. Food was good and well priced which was shown by how busy it was in the restaurant. The only negative at all for this pub/hotel was that when clearing tables after diners had left the waitress used what cutlery was left on the table to make it up ready for the next diners. How did she know that the previous people didn't sneeze on it or handle it? Not nice in my opinion”
