“Room smelled like dirty mop water had to move rooms and that one the floor was coming up and had screws holding up the trim 1 star rooms”

“The air conditioner in my room was very, very loud. At first I thought that someone was running the motor on a diesel pickup truck parked right outside my window& I had a first floor room . It finally aggravated me enough that I looked out the windo - no truck just a car that wasn't running & no one was in it. All in all it mage for a miserable night. Turning the AC off was not an option - Texas in the summer.”

“I never checked into the hotel. When I arrived they asked me to pay for the room again in full. There was feas or bedbugs in the lobby. Never made it to the room. Will not recommend staying at that hotel”

“Room was quiet and clean. Breakfast was the usual standard, no dairy free options for milk or yogurt which would be too much to expect. Staff not available at checkout. All contact was at check in.”

“The issue was mainly on the room. Dirty towels, left over soap from previous guest, & cockroach’s. With seeing a dirty restroom made us wonder if the bed was actually clean or simply made.”
