“Check in dalle 16 alle 19 quindi un po' limitato, per il resto hotel piccolo e un po' datato ma camera spaziosa e pulita, colazione ottima”

“Above all else was the hospitality of the staff: although they have an 11:00PM cut off time for checking in, when I found out that I would not arrive until 1:00AM because my flight was cancelled and I was put on a flight 5 hours later, I e-mailed them and they immediately agreed to take me in. When I arrived the door was open, the key was hanging on a hook at the desk and all was right in my world. That is really service in my book. PS: breakfast was wonderful.”

“Self checkin, all infos are provided in advance. Parking convenience but a bit out of the city. The real name is Impala guest house, not properly well indicated. Bathroom was a lil dirty, yellowish water into the wc, some hair around. Appreciated the common fridge. Good heating system and comfy bed. Nice for 1 night stay but I'd not choose it again eventually.”

“The host was amazing with messaging prior to booking but never sent the lock code. When I arrived at the property it took time to receive the code to gain access. Aside from that little hiccup the place is amazing. It’s is renovated beautiful and a nice little getaway.”

“The property fit our needs and was a good size. It was a bit hard to find after a long day of travel but once we figured it out we were happy with the stay.”

“Very clean house, has everything you need, nice secure garden. Expedia had given us the wrong code to key box but host answered phone promptly to tell us the actual code so no biggy!”
