"La struttura è eccellente, le camere son o confortevoli e pulite. Il personale sia alla reception che al ristorante è gentilissimo. Ho trovato il ristorante (cinese) di ottima qualità e la colazione ugualmente ottima. L'albergo è di fronte alla stazione centrale ed è quindi in ottima posizione d'appunto di vista dei trasporti. Un unico problema, che non dipende dall'albergo, è che la zona è frequentata da drogati, che non sono assolutamente pericolosi ma certo non gradevoli da vedere."

"I frequently stay at your hotel and have always appreciated the quality of the service and the overall comfort, which is why it remains my preferred choice when I am in the area. On my most recent stay, however, I was assigned a room that differed from the one I am usually given, in particular as the bathroom did not include a bidet. As this is a feature I have consistently had in my previous stays and that I personally consider important, I kindly asked whether it would be possible to change rooms. Unfortunately, my request was declined. I fully understand that availability constraints may apply, and my intention is not to raise a complaint, but rather to share constructive feedback. Given my regular stays and loyalty to the hotel, I would have appreciated a bit more flexibility or, at least, a clearer explanation. I remain very satisfied overall and will continue to choose your hotel, but I wanted to bring this to your attention in the hope that it can be taken into consideration for future stays.
