“The staff was nice to let us check in earlier by an hour. The check in time of 5:00 PM is anyway quite late as most hotels have it much earlier. The bathroom could have been better, didn’t have hand washing soap. The shower door was creaky. The bed was comfy but didn’t look like a king size bed. Considering the very high room rate per night, the hotel is rather over priced. The hotel is in a good location and close to university.”

“The only issue we had was that one of the elevators wasn’t working, which then required a short walk. ”

“We were a family and had taken multiple rooms. From the check in till the check out we had a comfortable stay. Everything was clean and in working condition. The breakfast was decent and the staff flexible in managing the breakfast time. Staff were friendly and helpful. Needless to say, location was good!”
