Hotel a Wildorado

“I love supporting privately owned businesses and seeing older properties upkept. The Buffalo Inn was super clean and well maintained. The owner was very polite and helpful. Perfect for my night in Canyon. I highly recommend staying here....”

“Cheap hotel room. Was moved because room was not cleaned. New room's TV never worked right and had to call maintenance daily. Had to get bath towels from front desk. Kids screamed and yelled in pool until after 11 pm. Staff worked hard to remedy all issues. Rooms obviously very old, paint peeling etc. Breakfast was pathetic. Only a cook for eggs, loaf of bread, coffee and watered down juice.”

“Upgrading motel, but not our room and the price was not reduced. Tiny toilet,12" from seat to floor, no grab bars there nor in shower. Faucet sprayed everywhere if not kept on low. General manager greeted us, but not very friendly, just in a business matter-of-fact way. Couldn't access tv channels. All of this was unexpected and we had already begun unpacking, otherwise we could've requested another room. We've used this motel several times over the years, even under previous ownership, but...

“This was a terrible stay. We booked at least a week in advance for two king rooms and confirmed the stay. When we arrived on Friday at 10pm they no longer had Altherr rooms available. I was first told”

“No TV, Next to the Freeway, you heard every vehicle that went by. Bring a sound machine. Bed was very comfortable.”

“The outside of this hotel does not say anything about the many good things going on inside. The room was great--spacious, clean and adequately designed in lighting and arrangement of vanity outside of bathroom. The breakfast was so good with lots of choices, both hot and cold. What more could you ask for?”
