“Servizio gentile e personale sempre disponibile e sorridente. Purtroppo le lenzuola presentavano diverse macchie giallognole - marroncine. Non ci sono prese di corrente né illuminazione sulla scrivania. La colazione prevede solo yoghurt, cereali e latte. Niente uova o bacon”

“Very large room, nice clean pool area.”

“Bathroom floors could have used a sweeping and carpet a vacuum. But, room was large enough and comfortable. The beds a little firm for my liking. Great pillows though!”

“On our second morning, we were not able to have breakfast, there was no milk for the cereal. They were out of sausage links. They were out of potatoes and they had a very small portion of eggs left no bagels, no cream cheese. This was at 6:30 AM.”

“The pull out mattress was dirty. We were only given a flat sheet and a blanket for pullout. The hot tub jets didn’t work. Phone in room didn’t work so couldn’t call the front desk. The bathroom fan was hanging by one screw. The second TV in the room also didn’t work.”

“Great location with great amenities. It is very popular for hockey and other sports families so it is very busy and full of kids running around. It was clean and the hotel bar and kitchen was great to have as an option for food and drinks.”
