“Servizio gentile e personale sempre disponibile e sorridente. Purtroppo le lenzuola presentavano diverse macchie giallognole - marroncine. Non ci sono prese di corrente né illuminazione sulla scrivania. La colazione prevede solo yoghurt, cereali e latte. Niente uova o bacon”

“There was litterally nothing to complain about. For the killer price we got, the miniature buffet breakfast was pretty standard. Scrambled eggs and sausage rounds on a warmer, then all the usual dry goods in the buffet area had all the standards. No complaints. The staff were outstanding. Whoever worked the front desk 28 Dec at 8am, man, she was SO nice, and quite friendly. She's a keeper, same with the lady that checked us in on Boxing day, 3pm-ish. Wife said the gym complete and nice.”

“Everything was great about the hotel except the water in the pool was way too cold, especially without a hot tub available. ”

“The hot tub was not warm at all. And I did not like the fact that my son couldn't be in there since he was under the age of 16, even if I was sitting in there with him, the water part does need some areas touched up that are breaking also, we as well as several other children I saw had Some rug type burn looking things on their body from the sides of the lazy river being rough”
