“Booked a suite w/King bed and pullout sofa bed on Expedia, got to the room & there was no sofa. Called the desk & got the manager that checked us in, I told her the room she assigned us doesn't have a sofa bed, she says that I didn't book a room w/ a sofa. I told her that the confirmation from Expedia says a King Suite w/ sofa bed. She said Expedia posted it wrong. “This family owned hotel and cabins is AMAZING !!! The location is perfect for anything Manitou. The little cabin was cute and exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend this place if you plan on going to Manitou Springs.”

“Not bad for the price! Right off the highway and close to the Cheyenne Mtn Zoo. Pool water was sketchy but the kids survived! Surprisingly, they had some really good green chili with breakfast! I will be back soon for a business trip!”

“We stayed here a couple times now and it’s always clean, the beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. This time they were under renovation, but it didn’t affect us at all. Will be staying here again.”

“The property was really cute. The room was super clean and neat. The staff is extremely friendly. Free continental breast every day. The pool felt amazing even in cooler temperatures. The property has bicycles available to Guests at no extra cost. There are different events daily. We will most definitely stay there again on our next trip to Colorado Springs.”
