Having the TV placed in such a way that forces guests to rotate it in order to see can be a little annoying. “We arrived late and the code they provided was erroneous. We finally got into our room and there were few amenities. A tiny bath gel that wouldn’t have gotten both my husband and I through the two days there and no lotion! More importantly, no staff onsite after 5 pm and apparently there is an on call person who gave us the right code but we didn’t know that the person was on call for all issues. My shower in the evening was lukewarm and I didn’t report it because I didn’t think anyone would fix...

“No refrigerator or coffee in room. Coffee is premade in the lobby. Twice the pot was empty. The breakfast I paid for was raw. Toilet was broke all wkend. My mom had to clean the drain in our sink because it would back up constantly. We took pics for proof. Id never spend my money there again. Way over priced for a dirty place with nothing to offer.
