“The resort is beautiful, it feautures nice rooms in the midst of a wonderful tropical garden. The beach is also nice and we strongly recommend the mood sushi restaurant. However we were really disappointed with the service, which was generally cold. In particular there was a lady at the reception with curly hair and glasses who was hasty and quite arrogant. Well situated on the island. The laundry service for towels in the bathroom receives a black point from us : in one week we received once towels with bloody marks and once towels with big holes. Not in the right way for the level of the hotel”

“The pool was small the food was not that great Botalino in El Mari was really good. Dreams buffet was not hygienic. Flies birds picking on the food😒 House keeping was sooooo poor!! I had to ask for water robe no slippers. They didn’t change sheets didn’t clean bathroom.”
