“Clean room!”

“Pool area is small and enclosed, the chlorine was intense, I had to step out twice while my kids were swimming because my eyes were burning. Our room did not have enough towels, I called the front desk to ask for more, they were kind of rude about it and I had to leave my kids in the room and go to the front desk to get more even though two people were at the front desk, and they were just standing talking to each other. Other than that it was good, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast...

“I always have a great stay when staying at this hotel, they are undergoing renovations in the lobby area and it looks STUNNING! The workers are always very kind and welcoming! The breakfast is having a lot of new upgrades added! I have been choosing this hotel for my stays in the cities for over a year now and honestly wouldn’t change anytime! Only downside is there is no pool but it doesn’t drop my rating at all! ”

“Every thing was clean, staff was excellent. The only down fall was only 2 towels for a weekend stay and the rolls of toilet paper were used and no spare rolls. ”

“Room was nice and clean. Wish bathroom has make up mirror. Breakfast had many good options.”

“We had a family get together here for my son’s birthday so we had two rooms. Rooms were very clean, big, and comfortable. The pool was comfortable (I get cold really easy in pools), so it wasn’t the warmest but I lasted an hour or so. The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly. ”

“Loved the care that the staff put into the hotel. Breakfast was different every morning, which was nice! Good coffee, clean rooms, soft towels! ”

“Traveling for work, but unable to get a receipt for my stay. Company card. Now I may have to pay out of pocket because I can’t get ahold of anyone and no one was willing to give me a receipt at check-in and no one was at the desk on my way out to the airport.”

“We checked in at 11:45 PM, unpacked and got ready for bed. Then looked up at the ceiling and there was a spider right over one of the beds. We called staff to take care of it. I guess they aren't prepared for things like this because the staff person tried to knock it down, which was a mistake on his part, and then it was running around under the bed as he said.
