Il Resort è il luogo perfetto per una vacanza in famiglia. Con l'accesso a una spiaggia privata con le migliori viste del tramonto sull'intera baia, scoprirai che può essere anche molto romantico. Per gli amanti del golf questa posizione è d'obbligo. Letteralmente situato proprio su un bellissimo campo da golf, puoi svegliarti e salire sul green. Completamente rinnovato, il nostro appartamento con 2 camere da letto al Grand Traverse Resort è spazioso e moderno e vanta un ampio balcone a due piani per godere della vista sul campo da golf e del sole. L'accesso a una spiaggia privata per evitare la folla è incluso con l'ambiente meraviglioso che lo circonda, sedie a sdraio e altri servizi. 3 TV a schermo piatto (cavo incluso) nelle camere da letto e nella zona della famiglia. 2 bagno completo con area vanity. Cucina completa con microonde, frigorifero, lavastoviglie, piano cottura a 4 fuochi con forno, caffettiera, piastra elettrica, tostapane e bollitore. Questo bellissimo e spazioso appartamento al piano terra si trova appena fuori East Grand Traverse Bay nella proprietà Grand Traverse Resort. Nei fine settimana in estate c'è musica dal vivo e un pozzo del fuoco con smores in spiaggia @ The Shores per una grande famiglia o un'esperienza romantica.

Il Grand Traverse Resort offre 3 fantastici campi da golf in loco insieme a luoghi dove passeggiare, giocare a tennis, nuotare, mangiare e molto altro! Il Casinò Turtle Creek è raggiungibile in pochi minuti tramite navetta gratuita dall'hotel Resort.

Sono disponibili soggiorni brevi, settimanali e mensili. Il Great Lakes Equestrian Festival è a meno di 5 minuti da questa posizione. Elk Rapids è a soli 10 minuti a nord di qui. Traverse City si trova a 7 miglia di distanza.

Great spot- need better directions

The property was just as described. Clean and everything we needed. The address given takes you to the main building at the Grand Traverse resort. No directions were given to the correct drive or building on the property. We had to go into registration at the Grand and ask for directions. They were very helpful. Please update your directions.

Great Little Condo

The condo was a little outdated with some of the furniture needing repairs, repaints, etc. It felt like you were staying at your grandmas condo that people stay at but don’t really fix up. It was clean but you could definitely tell it was older and needed some TLC. Firewood for the fireplace would have been nice and it was a little hard to navigate to find the exact unit since the address itself just took us to the resort. The beds are not queen beds and they have a footboard so taller people may be uncomfortable in them as my partner was. Sharing beds was a little difficult as I anticipated a queen. The view was nice and so were the patios! Wish we were here longer so we could enjoy the resort property. Overall would stay again as location is nearby what we needed and it was affordable.

Okay at best

While everything was very clean the property is not the safest. There is no lock to the slider door which we noticed based on previous reviews, has not been fixed for over a year. In addition, no bar has been given to put in the track so the door can be easily opened from the outside. The key pad is the only lock on the main door so if someone knows the key code they can enter at any time. The decor is pretty out dated including ripped curtains. The instructions to get to the condo are incorrect on the posting. The address leads you to the resort but not to the condo. When I called the number for directions the person told me it was part of the resort but didn’t give verbal instructions on how to get to the condo. We asked the front desk at the resort and they kindly showed us a map of how to get to the condo. We would not rent this condo again. The price is extremely high for the value received and not worth the hassle we had to go through and the lack of safety.

Clean … but needs updating

Condo was clean and the balcony was so nice. The property is starting to look worn and needs some updating. Paint is pulling away from the overhead light soffit in the master bathroom, both bathroom floors need replaced, paint is peeling away from the left side ledge of the kitchen sink, and be very careful opening the dishwasher because the bottom tray flies out. Something should be done with the 6” side glass panel beside the front door. You can see clear to the bedroom if someone is looking in from outside. A simple fix would be putting a peel and stick frosted adhesive which would still let light in but give the privacy needed. The big issue with my stay was the fact that the sliding glass door in the living room would not lock. I dealt with Christian, the property manager, for three days and while he answered my emails, he was unsuccessful in getting the door repaired. He stated it was a safe area and since we were on the second floor, there would not be a problem. I live in a very safe area, and my husband who is a retired state policeman, will tell you it doesn’t matter how safe an area is, bad things happen. Christian did obtain information from housekeeping that there was a rod that could be put in the track so the door could not open, however it was never found, nor was one provided in the three days I inquired. It was a lovely area and I am sure golfers would find this location to be perfect. All in all, I was pleased with the condo. I have rented many VRBO properties and I will say the properties where you deal directly with the owners are much more readily available to handle any situation with success.

Wonderful condo, terrible instructions and check in w manager

This was a very, very nice, clean, well-appointed condo. I would stay there again HOWEVER… the address given to me was completely wrong (number and street!) which wasted 30 minutes of our time trying to find it. I called the property manager Christian, who answered “Hola!” I then said we can’t locate the condo and he hung up on me. I had to call customer service. She was nice, trying to help but didn’t have clear instructions for me. We finally find the correct condo and she has sent us the incorrect key code to get in the door! After many frustrating tries, we have to call again and she apologized for the wrong code. RIDICULOUS! I would point to the property management company and VERY, VERY POOR COMMUNICATION. Condo was great!

Weekend in Traverse City

Our stay was amazing !! The condo is clean , has all the amenities and above all , the location is great . We enjoyed our July 4th getaway and will definitely be coming back again.

Bedding for 4 not 6

The condo is very nice, a bit outdated but nice, we had 6 adults but only had bedding for 4, no sheets or blankets for the pull out couch, lots of extra pillows, cable not connected in one bedroom, not a deal breaker but disappointing. I did contact property manager and it was very late or early 1:00 am, we never looked for the extra bedding when we first entered the condo, we assumed the bed was made up, he was going to have bedding brought to us, never showed up, we had to pull blankets off the other 2 beds to share for the couch, we waited for over an hour for it, would have been nice to get a phone call and say sorry it will not be delivered.

condo double booked! havent gotten security deposit back from stay over one month ago!

entered the condo in the dark evening, around 730pm, tired & hungry, after golfing all day. was surprised and scared to see a naked old man in our condo!! my 4 girlfriends waited by our car for about 30 min in the dark till things got squared away. the owner double booked, and gave us his other condo in the next building, with THE SAME door combination. needless to say, we didnt feel safe, with the same lock combo. late the next day, the lock was changed to a new number. havent received my security deposit back yet, its been a month. havent received any word on compensation or discount for the mess we experienced. havent had any responses back from owner by text/phone/email. thank goodness i wasnt hurt /hit/shot/punched for walking into a condo that other people were IN! and naked, no less!! this place isnt worth the hassle or risk. lots to choose from in the area!!

Great Place to Stay

We enjoyed our extended weekend here. The condo is set up perfectly for two couples. Spent a lot of time on the deck with a great view. A few very small issues but nothing that impacted our stay . Would definitely rent this unit again .

Another great stay

The condo was perfect for our family of 4 including 2 little ones. Communication with property management was easy when I needed to reach them on the day of arrival. They were extra helpful trying to accommodate an early check. We enjoyed the large decks, the private beach, the floor plan and loved having in unit laundry. Thanks for another great stay!

Amenities unclear

We were lead to believe that we had access to the resort. With this condo the way that it is set up you don't have access to any of the resorts amenities. The condo was great, location was wonderful and we really had a great time. The only downer was not even having the ability to pay to use the resorts amenities. I don't think that the posting was dishonest looking back word for word, but it was unclear saying in the post that one of the amenities was the resort when it is impossible to even buy resort access.
