“Don’t book here with Expedia until you read the fine print. Wingate does not comply by Expedia rules and policies. I booked a room, Expedia says free cancellation up to 24 he before stay. I attempt to make changes, Expedia says there’s been a mistake try again. I try in the app twice same issue. I try online, I get a green check. I go about my business. “The only reason I assessed this hotel as OK is because it is priced reasonably low and we had a comfortable night sleep. It took 90 minutes to change the batteries of the smoke detector in our room, which was chirping. The outside property is not well kept. We stayed at this hotel because the location was favorable and they accepted pets, though they apparently changed that policy since the time I made the reservation. It will do for a night's stay if you don't want to spend much, but we won't...

The staff went above and beyond to make our trip feel special, the food was wonderful, and everything was incredibly easy and accessible. We made such great memories here and definitely plan to come back!”

“I would definitely stay at this property again. The rooms were impeccable. We made use of the basketball court and the pool. Plenty of food options just 5 minutes from the hotel. Yes, they will try to sell you a timeshare. But, I made my lack of interest clear as soon as I found out I had to get my key from a salesperson's office and they weren't too pushy after that. Staff was easily accessible for questions via text. 10/10. ”
