“It was just OK. You get what you pay for. Our first room had a smell, but they were very kind and moved us to a different room. Our bed frames were too big for the mattresses, so expect to hit your shins getting in and out of the bed. I really appreciated all of the extra outlets and charging ports in the room. The sink area is outside the bathroom. There are refillable shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles. The bottles are Dove brand, but the contents were definitely not the original Dove...

“Spuder issues in the night- saw running across bed upon arrival- clear spider fast running- I showed front desk the videos, the AC not working properly in the room, the electricity was not working in half of the room, the shower pressure was extremely low, the shower leaked outside of the stall, no place to set shampoo in shower, and the elevators were broken so we had to haul all of our luggage down 6 flights of stairs and through parking lot on opposite side of building. “The hotel is clean and the employees were very nice. The check-in experience was quick. The breakfast was good although the line was long. The room was clean,, however, the walls seemed very thin. We could hear people talking. The night we stayed someone was yelling outside the entrance at 12:40 a.m. tels should have quiet doors and well-insulated walls. “We had reservations for 4 adults with 2 queen beds. They overbooked and supposedly upgraded to a king size bed and a pull out couch. 2 adults had to sleep on a small uncomfortable mattress. Will not recommend this hotel!”
