“Pool was over crowded and not monitored”

“The hot tub was good but the towels we’re not located in the hot tub, but rather you had to get them from the front desk, which was difficult when you got out of the hot tub. The breakfast was terrible. There was next to no food options.”

“Parking was a nightmare walking thru the addicts and downtown having to trust leaving our vehicle a block away was not preferable. Also being put by the cleaning staff door was a bit nosey. Other than that great place. 4/5”

“Staff were very helpful and easy to deal,with , parking is very limited and they need to keep the sidewalks clear of ice ,it was not easy accessing the parking lot safely especially in front of the entrance as it was not cleared or de iced.”

“The hallways were disgusting. The floors were disgusting. There were ants all over the pool area. Our tub didn’t work properly. The blinds were broken and looked like they’ve never been washed. The room at surface was clean, but when you actually looked at it, it was not cleaned nicely. The elevator was extremely slow. It was pretty gross all around probably the worst $200 stay I’ve ever spent. I’m not a picky person. This was just really pathetic.”

“Stayed at Atlas Hotel during construction and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Staff were upfront, super friendly, and everything was well managed and very clean. We brought our dog and they even provided a bed and bowl, which was a great touch. The construction crew was respectful and not disruptive at all. Waterslide was a huge win for the kids. Would definitely stay again.”
