“It was in west memphis so we had to take a taxi to go to graceland and the airport was 20 30 minutes recommend The taxi what the hotel used Kumar by the desk was so friendly and come in time and very helpfull did not know what to do without him staff was helpfull and room was clean .there is a casino nearby”

“When we arrived, there were problems with the room and the staff that was on the premises did what they could to fix things. We were booked to stay two nights so we spoke with the manager the next morning and while we were out, he got everything fixed. The Western Inn is a family owned hotel and they are in the process of renovating. From what we have seen, they are doing a great job. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are a nice size. “Reservation was easy through website, upon arrival I was greeted by the front desk clerk who a very pleasant voice when you are so very tired. I was checked in expeditiously, and informed of all the amenities including breakfast times. Went up to my room extremely clean, already cooling down (which is a perk these days) well stocked and I felt a little hungry. They have a little store with some frozen foods, snacks and sundries. Overall a very good stay, I will use this hotel in futur travels.”

“Remodel in progress- To check in- had to call a number and a lady came up to check us in The room we were given was under renovation, but not complete. It was clean- BUT- no water glasses, coffee pot or service, no smoke alarms, etc. Checking out- there was a guy sitting in. Car engine running and lights out and he calls out to me as I drop the key in the window. Creepy. ”

“Loved the location nice stroll down to Beale, lots to explore and see nearby. We stayed two nights and didn’t use our vehicle at all. The hotel is wonderful, quiet, clean, staff so friendly, highly recommend you stay at Arrive when visiting Memphis.”
