Hotel a Wilmer

“The rooms had a stale smell. The plugs in the bathroom did not work. The mattress & sheets had stains on them. There were roaches in the rooms. My niece also stayed & we both had to leave. No way we were staying in those conditions. When we tried to get a refund they rudely told us they do not do that. When Expedia contacted them the denied it all & said they offered us a new room. For us they did not but they did for my niece & it was just as bad. Stay far, far, far away from this place! ...

“Plenty of easy parking close up. Quiet location in safe area. Beds were very comfortable. Older building with some expected issues that need attention but room was clean and had what we needed for overnight stay.”

“Nice hotel, very clean. The carpet in the halls was bit loose and there were some nicks in the walls from traveler traffic but nothing bad. It's very close to the university of south Alabama.”

“This hotel overbooks its rooms and does not notify guests in advance. When you arrive to check in, they may tell you there are no rooms available and claim it’s not their fault. If you don’t want your trip ruined, I strongly recommend that you do not stay here.”

“This is definitely my favorite place to stay when visiting Vancleave for dog shows. I've been here about 4 times and its my first choice. The rooms are always clean, nice large field out back to walk my dog in, and nice front desk staff. I like that the shampoo and conditioner provided are now in large, pump bottle for ease of use. And as a solo traveler with a tiny, not scary dog, i feel very safe staying here. All my dog show friends like to stay here now as well. ”

“L’hôtel é nuovo e pulito. La piscina piccola ma pulita e la palestra è fantastica (tutta attrezzatura nuovissima). Peccato il personale per nulla cordiale e la colazione è un po’ scarsa ma in generale ok. ”
