“When I arrived at about 10pm, there were several suspicious looking people standing in the front of the front door. I almost kept going but I had already reserved the room and paid for it. They gave me a room on the second floor, but no elevators so I had to carry all of my luggage upstairs 2 flights. “The room was mostly clean, but the mattress on the bed next to the window sags so badly that you can't sit on the side of it without falling to the floor. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles on the wall were empty & had been squeezed so much, they were dented. The lady at check-in was on her cell phone having a full conversation about finding a man "Butt-naked in the bathtub because he just got too hot". I had to stand there and listen to this conversation while trying to check...
