“We booked our trip here to visit my grown children and my sons wife s about to have their baby. The visit was pleasant but, I have seizures and was on the 5th floor and the elevator went out. The front staff said it would be fixed shortly.....it was out our entire stay.”

“On expedia.com we were told that the room slept 5. Upon arrival, the room was 2 queen beds and there was not another option for a crib or pull out couch to sleep 5. It was not what we expected, nor what we paid for. The staff was nice, breakfast was delicious with many thought out combinations of food.”

“We ask for a handicap room and was assigned a room on the 4th floor as far from the elevators has could be. As a handicapped person this was not good. We asked to be rude to move to a room closer to the elevator and we're given a room two doors down from the elevator but the carpet in this room was very dirty. It was obvious that a pet had been in this room on the third floor when they said that pets were only allowed on the first and second floor unless it was a comfort animal. We found dog...

“Nice step and clean hotel”

“The room air conditioner was set at 60 when we checked it. It was frigid. On the way to dinner I told the employee at the desk that it was on 69. He replied that it has to be kept that low, whatever that meant. But we set it at 72 and went out for dinner. When we came back the room smelled like mold. Apparently, that was why the air conditioner was set so low, in order to try to dry the room. My husband is now coughing and sniffing from the stay last night. I stayed there in October in another...
